Does the Interior Detail include an exterior wash?

No. It is interior only, plus door jambs and interior windows. For inside and out, look at the Mini Detail or the Full Detail.

Can you get rid of pet hair and odors?

The vacuum and shampoo handle normal pet hair. For heavy or embedded hair, add Pet Hair Removal ($65). Shampoo, extraction and steam remove a lot of what causes everyday odors, but strong smoke or mildew smells may not go away completely.

Will my seats be wet afterward?

Shampooed seats and carpets stay damp for a few hours. They dry faster on a warm day with the windows cracked, if it is safe to leave them open.

How long does the Interior Detail take?

About 3 hrs for a car or sedan, 3.5 hrs for a small SUV or midsize truck and 4 hrs for a large SUV, minivan or full size truck. Add-ons add a little more time.
